Not only did I get in before my appointment, the SSgt helped me prepare documents for when my family comes in, walked outside and showed me how to get to finance, and even gave me recommendations for things to do around Louisville! The excellent culture of this unit is evident from the moment you walk through that HQ door! Well done to the Airman and leaders of the 123 FSS!
